End-to-end e-commerce backend powering catalogue, inventory, and order flows for a UK workwear brand, built for high availability and smooth integrations.
Problem
The Workwear Co needed to modernize a manually curated catalogue and fragile order pipeline before expanding across the UK. Legacy tooling caused frequent stock mismatches and delayed fulfillment handoffs to their ERP.
Solution
Designed a NestJS service mesh layered on PostgreSQL with event-driven order orchestration. Built catalog sync tooling, automated fulfillment handoffs, and wired AWS ECS blue/green deployments with observability to keep the stack resilient through seasonal spikes.
